| Kyoung-Nan Kwon is an Assistant Professor in the department of Advertising, Public Relations, and Retailing at Michigan State University. She received her Ph.D. in Retailing from the University of Tennessee. Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of consumer behavior and promotions. Her work has been published in various journals and conference proceedings including Journal of Consumer Affairs, Advances in Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and International Journal of Bank Marketing. |
